- Real Estate & Condo Litigation
- Estate Litigation
- Contract Disputes
- Licensed by The Florida Bar, in good standing.
- Court, hearings, and mediation experience.
- Trial experience a plus.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Client service abilities.
- 5+ years of Florida litigation experience.
- The ability to delegate to paralegals.
- Accurate and timely billing, time management, and attention to other administrative matters.
