IT Systems Technician

Position:
Uline IT Systems Technician at Florida Branch. Provide tech support for employees, manage systems across warehouse and offices.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

• Provide technology support to end-users, troubleshooting incident requests and providing technical training with excellent customer service.
• Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
• Oversee IT inventory system, track assets, perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, including permissions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prior IT Systems Technician experience; demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 applications.
• Provide on-call support on rotational basis, occasional evening and weekend work.
