IT Support Representative

Zoom Tan is America's Fastest Growing Chain of Tanning Salons with over 90 locations throughout Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia.

We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team to provide support to our salon locations with IT and operational issues. This Full-Time position is based in Naples, Florida at our Corporate Office. • 2 years minimum experience working IT Help Desk/IT support.
• Extensive knowledge of Desktop Support with Windows and using remote log in software.
• 2 years minimum experience working with local and wide area networking systems and hardware (routers, switches, modems, etc).
• Willing and able to work nights and weekends.
• Experience with VOIP camera and phone systems a plus.

• Be able to remotely diagnose and correct hardware and software issues.
• Set up and configure Windows/Linux/Android based systems.
• Creating and maintaining support documentation.
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Show initiative in improving and generating support procedures that increase system and support efficiency.
