• You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from proactively sourcing candidates through job boards and social media to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding experience.
• You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their unique workforce needs and providing expert guidance to ensure we find the right fit for their culture.
• Identify qualified candidates through diverse channels, including networking and direct sourcing.

• Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

• Build genuine relationships with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.

• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and ensure all hiring practices follow employment laws.

• M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Knowledge of local market trends and industry-specific hiring needs.
• Ability to pivot and persevere in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline.

• High School

• 1-3 years

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (staffing industry experience is a plus!).
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
