Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and offers in-room orientation when Guest Relations team is unable to;
Picks up luggage from room upon departure and moves luggage to storage or the Front Drive;
Greets all guests passing through lobby and offers them assistance;
Handles all guest request during the overnight shift with shoe polishing, delivering newspaper, polish bell carts, delivering items that guest needs;
Restock the RA closet during the overnight shift
