We are looking for a Sushi Cook to join our Naples team. The role requires a passion for culinary excellence, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Requires a minimum of 2 years experience. Also requires standing for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and good communication skills (both written and verbal). Supervising A.M. kitchen staff, helping in and or preparing banquet event food. Helps support line staff as needed, supports dishwasher when needed, and is able to coach and counsel staff.

The ideal candidate will understand all areas of the kitchen, have a strong sense of urgency, work well as part of a team, and have a can‑do attitude.

• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
• Requires strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• At least 21 years of age
• Have a desire to exceed expectations
• An energetic personality
