We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Men's Locker Room Attendant.
Job Summary:
The Men's Club Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the men's locker room facilities. This role includes providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring their needs are met, and upholding the high standards of our club.
This opportunity is ideal for a retired individual seeking supplemental income while enjoying golf privileges.
Hours- Sunday, Monday and Tuesday - 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be required during peak season.
- Extend a warm and personalized welcome to every member by greeting them by name, always accompanied by a genuine and friendly smile.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the men s locker room, including showers, restrooms, saunas, and common areas.
- Ensure that towels, toiletries, and other amenities are replenished regularly and are readily available for members and guests.
- Assist members with locker assignments, key distribution, and any other locker room-related inquiries.
- Perform routine inspections of the facilities to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or functions held in the locker room area.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to member and guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Uphold the Vineyards Gold Service Standards by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Follow all club policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our members.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment is desired, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- CPR certification is required.
