Houseperson-Part Time

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Part-time Houseperson who can provide excellent guest service and help guests enjoy their stay as their home away from home at its best, with care, candid kindness and passion during their stay at our properties. • Provide customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities and local attractions
• Transport clean and dirty linen to and from Operations and the Buildings
• Ensure that all items delivered to guest rooms are clean and in working order
• Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain rooms in compliance with resort standards
• Replenish linen and guest amenities
• Assist co-workers as requested
• Work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, flexible with spontaneous demands from guests and for business needs

Our Houseperson shifts range from Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Additional shifts during the week may be required based on demand. Upon hire, you will receive your schedule. We offer paid training.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English
• Physically able to work from ladder, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise

• Experience in the hospitality industry
