This position is dedicated to providing efficient, reliable, and guest‑conscious waste management services across the property. Refuse Removal Technicians are responsible for collecting, transporting, and disposing of trash and recyclables, ensuring all public and back‑of‑house areas remain clean, safe, and sanitary. This role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining high cleanliness standards and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform routine and on‑demand trash and recycling collection from assigned areas throughout the property, ensuring timely removal and proper disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of all waste collection points, including replacing liners, cleaning and sanitizing bins, and keeping refuse areas free of debris or odors.
• Support team members by responding quickly to waste‑related needs during peak activity times, special events, or unexpected service demands.
• Complete opening and closing duties such as inspecting waste stations, confirming that trash disposal equipment is functioning properly, and ensuring all assigned areas meet sanitation standards.

• Previous experience in waste management, janitorial work, groundskeeping, facilities support, or another physical labor environment is preferred.
• A strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to keeping the property clean and safe.
• The ideal candidate will have a positive, hardworking attitude and a willingness to take on any task that supports cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Position requires continuous walking, standing, and lifting, including the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and safely move heavy refuse containers.
• Fluency in English is required for this location, and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.
