A beautiful boutique hotel, the Inn on Fifth located in the heart of Naples, boasts 87 guest rooms, 32 club suites, a spa, a fitness center, and a beautiful pool. Join the fantastic Housekeeping Team as a Houseman, and work with a great team that is rooted in family and provides an exceptional experience for our guests.

As a Houseman, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout our property-both public areas and guest floors.

Your role supports our housekeeping team and contributes directly to our signature five-star experience.

Requirements

What you would be responsible for...

* Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of public areas, back-of-house spaces, hallways, stairwells, and balconies.

* Assist room attendants with linen handling (delivery, collection, restocking) and supply cart stocking.

* Manage trash and debris removal from guest areas, storage, and service zones.

* Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (e.g., towels, amenities)

* Conduct inventory checks, transport items, and report maintenance or safety issues via Alice Software.

* Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

You own it if you have....

* Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus, but not required.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in cleanliness standards.

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Salary Description

$16.00 per hour
