Position Overview

A beautiful boutique hotel, the Inn on Fifth located in the heart of Naples, boasts 87 guest rooms, 32 club suites, a spa, a fitness center, and a beautiful pool. Join the fantastic Housekeeping Team as a Houseman, and work with a great team that is rooted in family and provides an exceptional experience for our guests.

Full-time

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, hallways, stairwells, and balconies.
• Assist room attendants with linen handling (delivery, collection, restocking) and supply cart stocking.
• Manage trash and debris removal from guest areas, storage, and service zones.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (e.g., towels, amenities).
• Conduct inventory checks, transport items, and report maintenance or safety issues via Alice Software.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

• Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
