• Monitor pool and spa areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with posted rules and regulations
• Provide courteous, professional service to Members and guests at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool, spa, deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
• Set up, straighten, and secure lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels as needed
• Monitor towel inventory and enforce towel-use policies
• Conduct routine water quality checks as assigned and report any concerns immediately
• Observe weather conditions and follow procedures for pool/spa closures when required
• Report incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management promptly
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the pool and spa areas
• Ensure all amenities are properly stocked and organized
• Enforce resort policies respectfully and professionally
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members
• Completes checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures.
• Take directions from Director of Wellness and Sports, Lifestyle Manager and Resort Manager.
• Provide a safe environment within facilities and activities.
• Processes recreation reservations as needed.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

• No prior experience or training is required.
• Part-time and Full-time schedules available.
• Must be available on weekends and evenings until 6pm.

• CPR and First Aid Certification.
