Overnight Front Desk Agent
Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to provide a warm, personalized hospitality experience to guests during the overnight shift.
About the RoleWelcomes and registers hotel guests, explains accommodations, establishes and processes payments, checks out guests, responds to a wide variety of guest requests, and maintains a high level of hospitality and professionalism throughout all interactions.
Essential Functions- Be part of the opening team.
- Check guests in efficiently and friendly manner, using their names when possible, assign correct room type and rate, deliver luggage, issue keys, and escort guests to rooms.
- Check guests out, ascertain satisfaction, collect keys, post charges, present and settle bills.
- Maintain a balanced bank, make change, cash checks, exchange currency, reconcile transactions at shift close.
- Assist with pre‑arrival emails, monitor chat messages for Concierge, Guest Relations, and FD, write special occasion cards/notes, and assist with special occasion set up.
- Handle all guest interactions with highest professionalism, accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, and respond to inquiries on services, operations and events.
- Use computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, and block rooms for arriving guests.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
- Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations when Reservations Department staff are absent; answer calls and direct them appropriately when Communications Operator is absent.
- Take in‑room dining orders and monitor mobile app orders during overnight shift.
- Additional duties as required.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of, or due to heavy volume in, Concierges, Guest Relations, Guest Services, and lobby coverage.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for in‑room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service.
- Work closely with Bell Staff, Concierge and Guest Relations to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Experience in guest service preferred.
US work authorization is required.
