Job Title: Junior Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Nurse to join our aesthetic and wellness team in Naples, Florida. In this role, the Junior Nurse will perform aesthetic and skincare treatments typically handled by estheticians, while operating within nursing scope and company protocols. This position is ideal for nurses looking to build hands-on experience in medical aesthetics. Training is provided.

• Perform aesthetic and skincare treatments such as facials, skin treatments, and client preparation services
• Assist with non-invasive aesthetic procedures under established clinical guidelines
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care and education to clients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection control standards
• Accurately document services and client interactions
• Deliver a high level of customer service and client care
• Work closely with providers, senior nurses, and the spa team

• Active Florida nursing license (LPN, RN, or APRN accepted)
• Interest in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undergo training for aesthetic treatments
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude

• LPN: $19 to $22 per hour
• RN: $21 to $25 per hour
• Pay based on licensure and experience
