Pride Health is hiring a Entry Level Phlebotomist at our client’s medical facility based in Naples FL 34104.

This is a 6-month assignment (possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Name: Entry Level Phlebotomist

Duration: 06+ months Contract (possibilities of extension)

Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm EST

Payrate: $17.75/hr on W2

• Ability to handle patients with care and compassion while assisting with check‑ins in the lobby through either a self‑service kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Be willing to learn Phlebotomy skills during downtime or breaks that need to be covered.
• Once Phlebotomy skills are obtained, perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures with confidence.
• High level of customer service experience/skills required – this is critical to the heart of the role.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Minimum of 1–2 years of client‑facing customer service experience (Retail, Home Health Aide, etc.). Prior Phlebotomy experience is not required. Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

This is a “Front of House” role that will also train the candidate on Phlebotomy skills. If the candidate is not willing to learn/perform phlebotomy, do not submit them.
