We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapeutic interventions. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced PTs and passionate new graduates.

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other interventions

• Track and document patient progress in accordance with regulations

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers

• Maintain a safe, professional, and positive patient environment

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)

• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings preferred
