Base pay range$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr
The Caregiver role at Senior Helpers - Naples & Bonita Springs involves providing assistance and support to elderly clients in their homes or residential care facilities. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Additionally, you will provide companionship, engage in activities, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the clients.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying
- Engage clients in activities and provide companionship
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH & ENGLISH FLUENTLY
- MUST HAVE CURRENT CNA OR HHA CERTIFICATION
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
