The Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is an extension of Complete Home Therapy’s mission — to provide exceptional, one-on-one physical therapy in an environment that puts people first.

Located in North Naples, our boutique outpatient clinic is intentionally designed to feel calm, personal, and focused — not busy, chaotic, or overbooked.

Every patient is treated 1-on-1 with a licensed Physical Therapist in a 60 minute dedicated session. We do not double-book. We do not pass patients off to techs. We do not rotate between tables.

While the clinician’s schedule is designed to support a steady caseload of up to 8 patients per day, each session is protected time — allowing our therapists to stay present, thorough, and aligned with the quality standards we stand for.

• Provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy in a calm, professional clinic setting
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Maintain a consistent daily schedule of patients without compromising quality
• Build trust, rapport, and long-term engagement with patients
• Complete documentation thoroughly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming treatment space
• Participate in team collaboration and continued learning
• Support a high standard of care in a boutique environment

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Florida PT license
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong clinical reasoning and professionalism
• High attention to detail
• Aligned with a patient-first philosophy

• Full-time, Part-time, or PRN W-2 position
• Competitive base salary: $80,000–$100,000/year (based on experience)
