About
The Role
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work with patients to improve strength, mobility, and independence following injury, illness, or surgery. You'll collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patient needs and movement capabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and guide therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients and families on recovery and at-home strategies
- Track and document patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
