Compensation

Encompass Health provided pay range. This range is provided by Encompass Health. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $81,120.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
  • Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
  • Celebrating patient victories along the way.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • Masters Degree preferred, or Bachelors Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
