Overview
Occupational Therapist (OT) —
Location:
Onsite in Immokalee, Naples, & Marco Island, FL (Relocation Required)
Base pay range: $42.00/hr - $48.50/hr
Salary: $80,000–$103,000/year (with benefits & PTO) OR $42–$48.50/hour

- Evaluate patient needs and create treatment plans
- Deliver OT services across pediatric and adult populations
- Supervise COTAs and interns in a collaborative care model
- Partner with healthcare providers, families, and educators
- Provide therapy across non-traditional settings (clinics, schools, YMCAs, outreach programs)
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in Florida (Required)
- CPR/First Aid & Bloodborne Pathogen certifications (or ability to obtain)
- ADOS Certification preferred (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule)
- Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills
- Willingness to relocate to Collier County (Naples/Immokalee/Marco Island, FL) before starting
Candidate note:
Candidates without Florida licensure or relocation readiness will not be considered.
- Pay Range: $80K–$103K annual salary OR $42–$48.50/hour
