Overview

Physical Therapist/PTA/Athletic Trainer - Stretch Therapy at Stretch Lab HTX is seeking individuals with backgrounds in physical therapy, athletic training, personal training, massage, or related stretching/exercise disciplines to join as Flexologists in our Naples studio. This role provides one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and supports client goals in a boutique fitness environment.

$24.00/hr

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients during stretch sessions
• Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and adhering to Stretch Lab policies
• Build Stretch Lab membership and retain current clientele
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use

• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Availability to complete the Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online tutorials and 3 days in-person training)
