About

The Role

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work with patients to improve strength, mobility, and independence following injury, illness, or surgery. You'll collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs and movement capabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and guide therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients and families on recovery and at-home strategies
• Track and document patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
