Senior Private Client Relationship Manager – Naples, FL
Fin Trust Connect has partnered with a well-capitalized regional banking institution to identify a Senior Private Client Relationship Manager. This is a high-impact, client-facing advisory role focused on long-term wealth stewardship and full balance-sheet counsel, not transactional selling. The right candidate will serve as the relationship quarterback for high-net-worth families, coordinating integrated banking, lending, and wealth solutions.
Why this opportunity?- Culture: Relationship-first, discretion-driven, intellectually rigorous environment centered on long-term client outcomes
- Workplace: On-site in Naples, FL
- Function: Lead multi-generational HNW relationships by integrating deposits, credit, and investment/trust strategies with internal specialists
- 8+ years of experience in private banking / private client advisory / wealth management (senior, turnkey profile preferred)
- Bachelors degree required
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 65/66
- Life, Health & Variable licenses; NMLS registration
- Strong preference for CFP
- Demonstrated experience advising HNW/UHNW households ($5MM–$50MM+ net worth)
- Ability to independently discuss (at a high level) estate planning concepts, market/economic conditions, asset allocation, and credit strategy, then coordinate execution with internal partners
- Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of complex HNW families; deliver full balance-sheet advice across deposits, lending, and wealth solutions
- Coordinate internal partners across investments, trust/estate, mortgage, and credit to deliver integrated recommendations (you are the cornerstone of the relationship)
- Maintain and grow a strong COI network (attorneys, CPAs, family offices) to drive high-quality introductions
- Advise clients through liquidity events, estate transfers, and life transitions with tailored planning and credit strategies
- Success is measured across three core buckets:
- Important: this is not a trading/execution seat; the role requires licensing and consultative acumen, while partnering with advisory/trust specialists for implementation
