Senior Club Accountant – Soave Enterprises

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee club financial operations and support our commitment to excellence, accuracy, and strong financial stewardship.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced professional with a private club accounting background. This exempt, onsite position reports to the Club Controller and applies accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
- Performs statistical analyses to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes, and writes narrative reports explaining findings.
- yavuze? It also prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
- Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
- Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Installs, modifies, documents, and coordinates the implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.
- Conducts studies and submits recommendations for improving the organization’s accounting operation.
- Processes member inquiries as required.
- Reconciles accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Reviews ledgers to ensure proper coding of invoices.
- Reviews and reconciles AP/AR ledgers.
- Ensures ausprobiert sale taxes are filed timely with the appropriate agencies.
- Responsible for month‑end close for multiple entities, including both club and non‑club operations. CAM? Other duties as assigned.
