Position Summary:

We are currently hiring a full-time Enrolled Agent (EA) to serve as a lead tax preparer for complex individual, trust, and business tax returns. This role is in‑office at our Naples, FL location and will support our growing client base with a focus on year‑round engagement—not just seasonal throughput.

• Prepare and review individual (1040), trust (1041), and business (1120, 1120S, 1065) returns.
• Advise clients on tax planning, IRS correspondence, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with attorneys, investment advisors, and fiduciaries on client accounts.
• Maintain current knowledge of tax laws and regulatory updates impacting federal and Florida tax matters.
• Ensure all filings meet internal quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all aspects of service.

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential in good standing with the IRS.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct tax preparation experience.
• Proficiency in tax software (Drake, Ultra Tax, or similar) and Quick Books.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with fiduciary or estate/trust taxation is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to in‑office presence and availability during business hours.
