Senior Project Manager (PM) to lead relationships and deliver high-profile projects with key municipal clients in South Florida. Build strategic partnerships, understand client organizations and processes, maintain relationships at all organizational levels, and help Jacobs become the consultant-of-choice. Work with the sales team to position Jacobs as the client’s best advocate and ensure Jacobs understands the client’s needs and aspirations.

• Lead with innovation and expertise, guiding multidisciplinary teams through the project lifecycle to meet scope, schedule, budget, and performance targets
• Champion excellence and client satisfaction, delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations while adhering to Jacobs' health, safety, quality, and risk standards
• Leverage strategic insight to secure new contracts through compelling proposals, engaging presentations, and effective negotiations
• Contribute to the Florida Market Action Plan, delivering leading-edge technology solutions and expanding the client base
• Demonstrate leadership with integrity and foster an inclusive work environment (Together Beyond℠)
• Develop, maintain, and advance the client relationship, including account strategy, opportunity evaluation, Go/No-Go decisions, and influencing win strategy

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects that exceed client expectations while managing budget and gross margins
• Drive growth with the client, ensuring overall satisfaction from relationship through delivery
• Lead pursuit activities and work with sales operations
• Build relationships with the client through face-to-face meetings and professional events
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and legal to align on strategy, cost, risk, and contracting

• B.S. or M.S. in related engineering or applicable discipline
• 15+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience with Water/Wastewater Treatment and Conveyance projects and municipal consulting
• Florida-registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics; proven history of leading delivery teams to meet client expectations
• Excellent oral and written communication, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships that generate new and repeat consulting work
• Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education./training.
