Required Qualifications , Training, and Education 3+ years of experience in education, professional learning facilitation, or instructional design Proven ability to deliver engaging sessions for adult learners Expertise in Illustrative Mathematics (IM) or similar instructional frameworks Bachelor's degree in education or a related field;
Master's degree preferred Proficiency with webinar platforms and learning management systems
