Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related STEM field Personal experience in math competitions, qualifying for USA Junior Mathematical Olympiad or equivalent Strong mathematical foundation and understanding of competition-style problem solving Ability to explain advanced concepts clearly to students at different levels Prior teaching or coaching experience is a plus
