Preschool Soccer Coach

Weekday Mornings | Part-Time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Do you love working with toddlers and preschoolers?

Can you turn a soccer cone into a rocket ship and a warm-up into a dance party?

We’re hiring energetic, patient, and reliable coaches to lead fun, structured soccer classes inside local daycares and preschools.

This is NOT a competitive coaching role.
This is a high-energy, character-building, confidence-growing role for young children ages 2–5.

• Leading 30–45 minute soccer classes at daycares
• Teaching basic coordination, listening skills, and teamwork
• Keeping 2–5 year olds engaged (yes… even the distracted ones)
• Being silly, animated, and encouraging
• Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Communicating professionally with daycare staff

• Genuinely love being around young children
• Have preschool, nanny, camp, daycare, or teaching experience
• Are patient and calm under pressure
• Can manage a group of energetic toddlers
• Show up early and prepared
• Have reliable transportation
• Are available weekday mornings

• Played soccer growing up
• Have early childhood education background
• Have coaching or classroom experience

• You prefer working with older, competitive athletes
• You don’t enjoy high-energy environments
• You struggle with patience
• You’re not comfortable leading a group independently

Experience working with children ages 2–5 (daycare, preschool, nannying, teaching, camp, or similar)

Comfortable leading a group of young children independently

High energy, patience, and a positive attitude

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Ability to follow a structured curriculum while keeping it fun

Reliable transportation (you will travel to local daycares)

Available weekday mornings

Dependable and punctual

Professional appearance and demeanor

Able to pass a background check

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
