We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician for our Naples & Marco Island, FL offices who is energized by cutting-edge skincare treatments, advanced at-home products, and helping patients achieve their personal skin health goals. This role is ideal for an Aesthetician who thrives in an independent, patient-centered environment and is excited to guide people toward confidence with advanced medical aesthetic treatments.

Previous experience as an Aesthetician is required.

• Outstanding patient communication skills
• A passion for educating patients and guiding them toward the best treatment plans for achieving and maintaining a natural, youthful appearance
• An Aesthetician who is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and motivated by growth
• Flexibility to travel for work between our two Naples & Marco Island offices as needed

• Provide treatments within your scope of practice in a safe and effective manner
• Examine patient’s skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments
• Advise patients on skincare & solutions for their concerns
• Recommend suitable treatments, products, and home care regimens
• Asking patients about their concerns, educating them on treatment options, and providing solutions or asking a peer or clinical lead for assistance

• Preferred background:
  Medical Aesthetician experience in a fast-paced environment
• An active Aesthetician license in Florida
• Positive, self-starting attitude with a commitment to teamwork — 100% support of colleagues is expected at all times
• Desire to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving field; adaptability to growth and change is essential
