We’re looking for a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Orthodontic assisting experience preferred, but we welcome experienced dental assistants and provide training.
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to excellent patient care.
• Eager to learn and grow professionally.
• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Orthodontist Assistant state certification (including but not limited to nitrous oxide, dental radiology, EFDA or EDDA).
• CPR certification.

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
• A minimum of 1‑year orthodontic assisting experience.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills – must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Customer service oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
• Project a capable and professional image that is reflective of company values.
• Excellent organizational skills – strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and perform job duties in a timely manner.
• PC proficiency and ability to learn new programs; preferred experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.

• Dental office environment.
• Hours may change to meet the business needs.
• Travel to offices that provide orthodontic services may be required.
• Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events, and morning huddles.
• Work requires effective communication and exchange of information with patients, their parents, and staff.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and to twist, turn, bend, and stoop.
