The ideal candidate combines strong crown & bridge fabrication skills with digital CAD/CAM proficiency and a solid understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion.
Core responsibilities- Fabricate crown and bridge restorations, veneers, implant‑supported prosthetics, and full‑arch restorations using zirconia, e.max, and layered ceramic systems.
- Perform precise contouring, staining, glazing, and finishing to achieve natural esthetics and accurate occlusion.
- Work with CAD/CAM workflows: design, mill, sinter, and adjust restorations to clinical specifications.
- Independently manage complex implant cases, including custom abutments and multi‑unit restorations, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team and dental clinicians to interpret prescriptions, shade information, and case requirements.
- Maintain quality control and documentation for all restorations and adhere to laboratory safety and infection‑control protocols.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on dental laboratory experience in crown & bridge and ceramist workflows.
- Proven expertise with zirconia and lithium disilicate (e.max) restorations.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, articulation, and prosthetic principles.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and digital production processes used in modern dental labs.
- Ability to work independently on complex implant and full‑arch cases while maintaining high quality standards.
- Diploma or certification in dental technology or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with advanced layering, staining, and glazing techniques for lifelike esthetics.
- Knowledge of implant systems, custom abutment workflows, and multi‑unit prostheses.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced lab environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with clinicians and lab team members.
- Competitive pay commensurate with experience for Crown & Bridge and ceramic work.
- Access to continuing education and training opportunities focused on digital workflows and restorative techniques.
- Work within a small, collaborative team in a digitally driven laboratory environment.
