Highly respected, independent, not-for-profit, two-hospital health system with 1,100+ affiliated physicians serving one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States is looking for a Medical Oncology leader to grow their new cancer program. Known for its strong community foundations, philanthropic momentum, and commitment to innovation, NCH is advancing a bold plan to redefine cancer care for Southwest Florida.

• $750,000 base salary plus a 5% quality bonus
• Sign on and relocation allowance available
• Director title with support from a prestigious academic program
• Build, grow and lead a team starting from the ground up.
• Outstanding support from both Health system leadership, and the local community

• Director level position therefore candidate is required to have a minimum of 5 years of post residency experience and at least 1-2 years of direct leadership experience.
• Must be board certified in Oncology, Hem/Onc or Rad Onc.
