Forest Glen Golf & Country Club is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Events Coordinator to plan and execute exceptional member events. This position plays a vital role in delivering seamless experiences that reflect the Club's high standards.

• Collaborate with members to develop event concepts, timelines, and layouts
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef and vendors on menus and event logistics
• Manage event budgets and timelines
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Ensure adherence to Club policies and service standards
• Lead event staff to deliver outstanding service

• Experience in event planning or hospitality coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and member-service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
