Location

Naples, Florida (Commutable from Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Golden Gate, Marco Island & surrounding areas)
- Lead healthcare and commercial construction projects from site start‑up through to completion
- Manage live / occupied healthcare environments, prioritizing safety, quality, and uninterrupted operations
- Take full responsibility for site operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution, communication, and delivery
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements
- Superintendent with healthcare and/or commercial construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and site management software
- Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Motivated by career progression and stepping into larger, more complex projects
