The Role- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take‑offs from project drawings and specifications
- Manage the bid process from pre‑construction through project turnover
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure budget accuracy
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery
- Experience estimating large drywall and stucco commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, procedures, and materials
- Proficiency with On‑Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid (or similar software)
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Motivated by career growth and progression into senior leadership
