• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take‑offs from project drawings and specifications
• Manage the bid process from pre‑construction through project turnover
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure budget accuracy
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery

• Experience estimating large drywall and stucco commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, procedures, and materials
• Proficiency with On‑Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid (or similar software)
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Motivated by career growth and progression into senior leadership
