• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Florida Early Learning Standards
• Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive growth
• Maintain daily routines including circle time, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in accordance with state licensing and Kids Life protocols
• Observe and document children’s progress; communicate effectively with families
• Collaborate with fellow staff on curriculum planning, events, and professional development
• Uphold all health, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures
  
  Help with other tasks to support Preschool Operations

• 18 years of age minimum, High School Diploma
• Interest in obtaining Teacher's Credentials
• Willing to learn and follow directions of superior staff teachers.
• Willing to work with 1-2 year old children.
• Prefer 1 year experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance techniques
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Level II background screening clearance required
