Gymnastics Instructor

Overview

We are currently seeking candidates with prior gymnastics experience who are passionate about helping children grow in confidence, strength, and coordination.

• Lead engaging, safe, and high-energy classes using The Little Gym’s proven, gymnastics-based curriculum (training provided).
• Confidently demonstrate and assist with age-appropriate gymnastics skills for children ages 4 months–12 years.
• Create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment in every class.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with children and families.
• Approach each class with consistency, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

• Have previous gymnastics experience (coaching, competitive gymnastics, cheer, dance, tumbling, or related movement background required).
• Enjoy working with children and can balance fun with clear expectations and safety.
• Are dependable, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Communicate well with both children and adults.

With over 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is a leader in non-competitive, gymnastics-based programs for children ages 4 months–12 years. Our clean, safe, and nurturing environment supports physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development at every stage.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
