Key Responsibilities Execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and close new business opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and develop long-term strategic relationships Collaborate with internal teams to align biometrics offerings with market needs and monitor industry trends
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred 5+ years of experience in data management, life sciences, and business development within pharma/biotech or CROs Demonstrated success in selling biometrics services and closing large, complex contracts Existing network within biotech and pharmaceutical biometrics organizations preferred Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and regulatory environment preferred
