A well-established commercial openings company is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage Division 8 (doors, frames, and hardware) projects for commercial construction clients. This is a full-time, exempt position based on-site in Naples, FL
.

The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, planning, and executing commercial construction door, frame, and hardware projects. This role includes managing internal resources, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with building codes and project specifications, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Lead interdepartmental teams to execute assigned projects efficiently and accurately
• Outline project tasks, timelines, and delegate responsibilities
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare project budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as the liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Handle questions, concerns, and revisions during all project phases
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support client communication and training
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and industry regulations and codes
• Prepare detailed submittals and shop drawings using Comsense and/or Business Central
• Attend job site meetings and manage change orders as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry
• Strong working knowledge of Comsense (or equivalent DFH software like Business Central)
• Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
• DHI Certifications a plus
• Knowledge of commercial door hardware, hollow metal, wood doors, STC, FSC, and LEED
• Familiarity with ADA, fire, life safety, and windstorm codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to read blueprints and specification documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional attitude with a strong customer service orientation

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Local candidates preferred (Naples area) or those looking to relocate to the area
