Qualifications
- Must have unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
- At least five years of dealer-level experience, Ford Transmission Certification training completed, and strong technical performance record.
- Must be at least 18 years old

- The Transmission Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Advisor or the Service Manager
- In addition, the Transmission Technician must have special knowledge regarding the diagnosis, repair, and replacement of vehicle transmission
- Expertly diagnoses issues based per Ford Motor Company analysis, and testing.
- Must be able to follow Ford workshop manual
- Adapts to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and in the diagnostics arena
