Tamiami Collision is a dealership-owned, OEM-certified repair facility serving as the preferred collision repair center for Ford, Hyundai, and Genesis in Naples, FL. We are committed to delivering high-quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and a seamless experience for our customers and insurance partners.

We are currently seeking a Collision Estimator to join our growing team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with strong communication skills and a desire to learn the industry.

• Title: Collision Estimator
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Software: CCC One Estimating
• Location: Tamiami Collision Center – Naples, FL

• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using CCC One
• Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
• Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and internal teams
• Review repair plans, parts requirements, and supplements
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment
• Support workflow efficiency within a dealership-level operation

• Collision estimating experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to learn CCC One and follow OEM repair procedures
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
