As an Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and managing a team of technicians and service advisors to maximize efficiency and profitability.

• Manage the daily operations of the service department to achieve departmental goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the service team including technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate repair estimates and invoicing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor workforce productivity and implement processes to improve service efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary components.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations within the service department.
• Stay updated on automotive technology trends and provide ongoing training opportunities for the team.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role in the automotive service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repairs, service operations, and dealership software systems.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
