Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking to identify a professional and client-focused Front Desk Receptionist to support daily operations in its office. This is a full-time, fully in-office position and serves as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.

The Role
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive client experience while ensuring the office operates efficiently. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, coordinating conference room usage, assisting with administrative functions, and supporting basic accounting processes.
Responsibilities Client Services- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Confirm appointments and notify attorneys or staff of arrivals
- Prepare meeting spaces and ensure a professional client experience
- Assist with refreshments and meeting setup as needed
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings, mediations, and depositions
- Maintain organization and readiness of shared spaces throughout the day
- Assist with video conferencing and meeting technology
- Manage scheduling and resolve conference room conflicts
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Maintain office contact directories and scheduling systems
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Assist with processing deposits and handling client payments
- Scan and verify incoming checks and related documentation
- Support reconciliation of deposit and wire activity
- Assist with filing fee processing and matter entry validation
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2 years of professional office experience (law firm experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Ability to assist with physical setup of meetings and events when needed
- Professional, polished, and dependable
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a structured office environment
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
