• Prepare monthly financial statements
• General ledger entries and maintenance
• Fixed asset schedules
• Prepare and analyze budgets
• Forecast and variance analysis
• Process payroll and prepare payroll tax reports
• Process accounts payable
• Process accounts receivable including some light collections
• Assist in annual audit and tax prep
• Assist in completion of regulatory filings
• Analyze financial data

• 3+ years in a mid to high level accounting role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• Advanced Excel
