Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Naples, FL, responsible for overseeing and managing general accounting operations. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with budget preparation, supporting audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with monthly and year‑end close
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support budgeting, audits, and financial reporting
• Assist with fixed assets, CIP, and depreciation schedules
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with club management systems such as Northstar/Nexus, Jonas, or Club Essentials is a plus
• Experience in hospitality or private clubs is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with high level of accuracy
