About the Role

We are seeking a highly independent, analytical Senior Accountant to support our growing international organization. This role is a senior individual contributor position with significant ownership over month-end close, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and process improvement. The role offers meaningful exposure to operations, systems, FP&A, and leadership, with a clear path to expanded responsibilities as the organization grows. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will transform complex financial data into clear, decision‑ready information while continuously improving processes, controls, and reporting quality.

This role will play a key role in modernizing the finance function—partnering with leadership to adopt AI‑powered finance tools and help shape the next generation of GL, FP&A, and ERP systems as the business scales.

  • Review inventory reconciliations and adjustments
  • Participate in and support physical inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to investigate and resolve variances
  • Recommend and implement improvements to inventory processes and controls
Financial Analysis & Business Partnership

  • Prepare variance analyses, KPIs, and ad‑hoc reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities
Audit, Tax & Compliance Support

  • Assist with domestic and international tax filings and related reconciliations
Process Improvement & Systems

  • Lead or support automation, documentation, and standardization initiatives
  • Act as a key user for inventory and ERP systems (manufacturing or inventory‑driven ERP experience strongly preferred)
