Accounting Clerk

Employment Type: Temporary (January 2026 – May 2026)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Clerk to support our Accounting Manager during the busy season at our resort in Naples, Florida. This role will provide hands‑on accounting and administrative support, ensuring accurate financial processing and timely completion of daily accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accounting Manager with day‑to‑day accounting operations
• Code, input, and process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Support accounts payable and general ledger functions
• Work within multiple accounting and property management systems to ensure accurate financial records
• Assist with reconciliations and other accounting projects as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting files and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of M3 Accounting Software
• Experience with Resort Property Management Systems (PMS);
  HMS Infor preferred
• Experience coding and inputting invoices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a management team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a resort, hospitality, or club environment
• Temporary or seasonal accounting support experience
• Knowledge of Jonas Club Software

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On‑site position

Duration:

• January 2026 through May 2026 (temporary assignment)
