Staff Accountant

Treviso Bay HOA is seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to join our team. This position supports our financial operations by providing accounting‑related administrative assistance and ensuring compliance with our accounting standards.

• Prepare and reconcile the Daily Cash Balancing Report.
• Prepare month‑end closing journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Review and process expense reports.
• Prepare accounts receivable statements and process monthly billings.
• Support daily revenue audits.
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience (3‑5 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Primarily a seated role with frequent use of hands and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
• Moderate noise level typical of an office environment.
